were designed and built as 2 level mezzanine penthouse villas...Our 1,700 sq. ft
unit occupies the top two floors, consisting of a main level, with a full
kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. A marble tile staircase
takes you to the dramatic second level of the villa, which has another stunning
ocean view terrace, king size bed suite, and full bathroom....the main level
bedroom has 2 twin beds, and another full bathroom, and separate vanity area.
There are 3 terraces in the villa...2 ocean view, 1 mountain view...all provide
wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean...the breeze is constant, and very nice
to enjoy. The Victorian has only 20 units per building. It is very private
and quiet both at the pool and beach...yet 2 minutes from the action of town.
