This 2-bedroom condo is perfect for Families and couples alike. The bedrooms features King beds. Located in Sosua Ocean Village, one of the most secure gated communities on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. A upscale resort located 5-minutes from central Sosua and 10 minutes from Cabarete with the best amenities on the north coast, including an on site Gym, 2 Restaurants, large Water Park, covered Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Spa & more! All amenities are within a 5 minute walk from the condo!

This 2-bedroom , 2-bath condo is very spacious with over 1,600 square feet. The large living area includes a full kitchen and dining table, which connects to a larger outdoor terrace (patio) that overlooks the garden and pool area. The ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM is air conditioned. (Not just the bedrooms!) Fast, reliable wi-fi is included.

Cleaning is provided 3x per week. We can arrange for airport pickup from Puerto Plata or Santiago, in-home chef services and coordinate local excursions. There are over 75 local excursions, some of the most popular being Ocean World, whale watching, cable car, Cabarete and Sosua Beaches, horseback riding, 27 waterfalls, surfing and many more. Free onsite parking is provided for guests with cars. Local transportation can be arranged.

Linens, towels, soaps, and a well-stocked full kitchen with drinking water are included.

The gym day pass is 400 pesos ($8.00); weekly pass is 1,500 pesos ($30.00); monthly pass is 2,500 pesos ($50.00).

Day passes to the Ocean Village Club House include use of the water park, swimming pools and children’s playground. The price is 1500 pesos ($30.00) for adults, weekends and 500 pesos ($10.00) for kids, which can be used at Al Porto restaurant.
Long term of one month rental or longer does not include electricity fees.

Amazing apartment in a beautiful and safe community

We really enjoyed our Stay at Susua Ocean Village! The place is beautiful decorated with a nautical theme and everything was fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean and organized. There is also a pool outside and a couple nice cafes in the gated community. The host was very nice and kept in good communication. Would definitely recommend this place!

Sosua Ocean Village During the CVID-19 Curfew

With a COVID-19 nationwide seven-day curfew, our restaurant dining options were limited and we cooked most of our meals at home. We have stayed at several of Peggy's condo units at SOV. Her apartments have extremely well-equipped kitchens, unlike some we have stayed at. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable throughout the unit. And Peggy is a very responsive manager-host. We had an issue with the dishwasher in our unit; within two hours a technician was on site attending to repairs.

Perfect

This location really surprised me. I did not Expect this much space and this much luxury. It was close enough to walk to Sosua but far enough away to completely relax and feel secluded. The view of the pool and hot tub from the balconies were very nice, especially at night when its lit up. I will definitely be staying here the next time i visit this area.
