The apartment is identical as in the photos. Very well maintained, clean and quiet. The kitchen is fully equiped, AC in all areas, nice outside terrace. We spent a relax weekend. Only missed to have Neflix. :)

If you want a very very quite place this is it as there is nothing to do around it. Condo is spacious, balcony over looks pool. beds are comfy. not much to do without spending additional money on the Sante Fe club which is pretty cool. (60 CND) The Maria rest. food is good & too bad you can't use the pool if you eat there. The walk can be long in the heat as there is no transportation to the main road. I highly recommend you rent a car if u stay here. local bus can be fun but over crowded. Taxi will cost 800 pesos to Cabareta beach which is an awesome beach, and about 500 pesos to Playa Sosua. tennis court not worth 20 USD, there is a basketball court they should think about a Pball court. It is too bad that the rental does not include any amenities. The bathroom in the master BDRM could use some maintenance. The pots and pans are old. Glasses only for 4 people. No spices or anything for kitchen go shopping!. TVs in bedrooms did not work.

As much I hate giving a BAD review because I myself is an entrepreneur who owns several Apts in Bavaro on this platform. The house was a bit dirty especially on the terrace there were a lot of dead bugs. Also, the kitchen is missing a lot of utensils. I will NOT STAY at this house anymore !! Thank you !

We will start with the positive things. Our host responded to our messages quickly. Check in was pretty easy. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. On the other hand, we found the place was not clean. The washer and drying machines were rusted and damaged our clothes. The AC in the bedroom leaks and created a puddle, which I slipped on. We only had access to one pool, the one shared with the condos in that area; and no access to any playground.

I love Sosua Ocean Village. For those for whom workouts are important, the best gym in the Cabarete/Sosua area is on the property. Private beaches, a number of pools, this is super convenient, and then pop out of the community to get the local vibe.

I had a very pleasant stay at Peggy's apartment. The complex is very secure 24 hrs a day, very peacefull, the pool was super clean everyday. The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable, A/C's in both rooms worked great, and just an overall great stay. I would recommend this apartment, to anyone looking in the area.

This is my second time staying here. This is a great location and I like the security card for driving in and out of the community which allowed easy guest access. Apartment has all the correct amenities including a washer and dryer. The nearby restaurants and pools are great in the community. The only area needing improvement is the WiFi is very problematic from no internet to extremely slow.

Such a lovely and peaceful getaway. Highlights for us were the king size beds in both bedrooms! Super comfortable. Lots of pillows, towels and bedsheets. Rudmary went out of her way to help us with whatever we asked for and Peggy was always available and quick to respond to our inquires if needed. We originally only reserved the weekend but loved the place so much we extended our stay for the week. There is a private pool shared with the neighbouring condo but felt private to us as it's a very quiet and secluded area. For us it was a perfect location because we have a car and the beaches are a 5 min drive as well as the 2 local supermarkets Super Pola and Sumermarcado Playero. Everything is close to the city but also far from noise. All in all we would definitely recommend and stay here again! Gracias Peggy y Rudmary por todo! Jennifer y Miguel

Great apartment with lots of space and very clean. Location is safe with 24x7 security gate. Would definitely stay here again. Just 6 mins away from the heart of Sosua with plenty of restaurants. The Club House which cost extra per day is great if you want something more than the apartment pool. Unfortunately I did not checkout the paid gym or the restaurant, but they are attached to the clubhouse, so makes everything in one spot. Loved the infinity pool which is attached to the club restaurant. Only thing that needed some improvement was first getting there as there is no reception lobby for rentals. Just had to look in my email for the number to call which gave me instructions and the code to get into the apartment. Would be nice to have clear directions to where the apartment was as the security guards only speak Spanish. Overall very good and recommend. Especially if you want a quiet and calming vacation unlike the loud and busy all inclusive resort atmosphere.

Nice condo and centrally located to all areas in the Sosua area. Only 3-5 drive to main Sosua and grocery store. About 10 minute drive to Cabrete. Only negative about the Condo is the sheets and towels had stains on them.

Love Sosua Ocean Village
For those for whom fitness is important, SOV has the best gym in all of Cabarete/Sosua. Private beaches, infinity pools, the restaurant, Restaurante Maria right in the community has excellent food. The apartment is huge.

Vilas’s And I can tell you if you ever plan to visit this part of the world this property Is a wonderful place to stay the service was fantastic the villa itself has every thingYou need , from the kitchen to the bedroom laundry the Maid comes in every other day and make sure that you have everything that you need , the grounds around the property are superior you are very close to all the shopping , Ground transportation was very good Security on the groundS Were very knowledgeable and professional, one thing I love about the property is that they kept the swimming pool Very clean And all the facilities on site were at your disposal I would recommend anyone that have a family , are if you were just traveling alone or with friends this is the home away from home were you want. To stay at the Ocean Village property, I was there for 10 days and I had a time that I will never forget. And I am planning to visit again very soon. This property sits in a very great location And is very quiet so on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this property a 10 .
