The Location is incredible. The bed is comfortable with soft sheets & great pillows, bathroom and terrace are excellent. WiFi is strong! The ACs are in each room. The kitchen has everything we needed! The TV in the master is a smart TV so we could stream Netflix and the living room had CNN. The Ocean Village complex is a safe and has pools, restaurants gyms, walking trails, playgrounds, and beach access. Peggy (via WhatsApp) had excellent recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our week comfortable and memorable. Aneudy (809-923-1729) was the taxi driver recommended in the host binder & I cannot say enough about his excellent service. Aneudy came to pick us up no matter what time we called or sent a trusted colleague. Highly recommend this location! We will be back!

Very spacious condo with a great terrace overlooking the pool area. Security was top notch and friendly. Location was close to everthing that Cabarete and Sosua has to offer. Neighborhood was extremely walkable and Maria's restaurant was fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Es un apartamento muy bien equipado, acogedor y espacioso dentro del complejo Sosua Ocean Village. Excelente seguridad quienes siempre velan porque se cumplan las normas; sobretodo, que no hayan ruidos fuera de tono ni de horario. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar en familia. Queda a 3 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Peggy y Chantalle son muy atentas y responden super rápido ante cualquier inquietud.

The condo is nice, the two issues I had was the wifi wasn't any good. And its a lot of salt in the water. Trying to cook and take a shower with salty water was not good. Unfortunately Peggy can't do anything about that its because of the beach. The whole property needs a better filter system.

Peggy's kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen in any place we have stayed in the Dominican Republic. As we cooked our own meals, it was a godsend. We would rent her place again without hesitation.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. Far too beautiful to have as many problems as I had and more importantly the lack of service and concern for the customer. Sosua Ocean Village is a premium place charging premium prices and you should receive premium service. It was FAR from that. I would not recommend this host. I took a survey and typed all the details which I don't feel like doing again. But suffice it to say, I have been coming here for over 7 years. I have stayed at Hispanola Residental (most of the time), Casa Linda, Infinity Blue and other places. I have never had such a lack of concern and so many problems. I'm sorry but I could recommend the property but not the host.

I had the opportunity of staying in two locations on my trip to the DR. One was at Natura Village which is in walking distance to the clubs and the other was in Sosua Ocean Village. By far, the Ocean Village location was better. They have a nice restaurant on the property, a gym, a water park and it is literally a five minute taxi to the clubs. So, whether you’re there with your family or there to party, the location offers the most for you.

Maravillosas Vacaciones en Familia/Pareja
Un hermoso apartamento dentro de las instalaciones del complejo Sosua Ocean Village (SOV). Localizado en un segundo piso (escaleras amplias y cómodas) con majestuosa vista a la piscina común, y ademas, los parqueos están disponibles en la misma entrada del edificio. Muy bien equipado (tal cual se ve en las fotos) y las áreas dentro del mismo son super amplias y cómodas. El servicio de wifi es muy estable, llega casi por todo el apartamento (incluyendo la piscina). El único detalle es que en las habitaciones se va la señal (con un repetidor de wifi, se resuelve). Cada habitación tiene TV disponible. La seguridad dentro del complejo SOV es excelente, ya que no permiten ruidos fuera de horario; y por un costo adicional, tienes acceso al parque acuático y restaurantes disponibles (Maria y Laguna). En ambos, la comida es excelente y en buenas porciones. Peggy y Chantalle responden super rápido y siempre atentas a resolver cualquier solicitud.
