The penthouse is located at the exclusive Bayrock II, a gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security with 2 parking spaces.
The villa is conveniently located approx. 5 miles from Puerto Plata International Airport – just a short 15-min drive and you’ll arrive at paradise. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).
5 minute drive to Sosua to restaurants , grocery stores and other beaches. 10 minute drive to Cabarete.
THE SPACE:
The penthouse is a beautiful condo built in 3 levels. You’ll feel right at home in this beautiful 3-bedroom penthouse.
The common areas are perfect for entertaining, family dinners or just lounging around.
The condo has 2 living rooms with sofa sitting areas and TV area.
The interior offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air. Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool and soak in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy a delicious lunch served on the terrace overlooking the ocean and take a nap pool side and let the Caribbean breeze carry you away…
FIRST FLOOR:
Here, you’ll find the main living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony and one bedroom.
When you enter the front door, you come into the living room. This area offers a nice space with high ceiling, air condition, lots of natural light and comfortable sitting areas.
The formal, indoor dining room has a lovely view of the patio and ocean. The dining table seats 6 persons comfortably.
The large kitchen with island is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious meals during your vacation. If you prefer to hire a personal chef ($) to cook for you and make your vacation life easier, you also have that option.
The bedroom has a queen bed, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom, shower and balcony.
In the adjacent foyer you’ll find a tv room with a confortable couch and TV.
SECOND FLOOR
A large staircase takes you from first floor to the second floor.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
The 3rd bedroom also a queen bed, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
THIRD FLOOR
The heart of this villa is really upstairs! Here, you’ll find the private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and BBQ area. If you prefer to enjoy your meals outside, there is another 6 dining table on the large terrace. Here, you will also have a lounge area with a sofa and lounge chais, perfect for enjoying an after-dinner coffee, rum, and cigars!
Also a half bathroom and outdoor shower.
