Casa Pirata is a 5 bedroom villa on the hill of Loma Bonita. The villa with beautiful ocean view is at only 5 minutes walk distance from the "Las Ballenas" beach and 5 minutes drive from the charming fisherman village of Las Terrenas, the new Tulum. The rental includes daily maid service from 9am-1pm ( except on Sundays).

❗️ please do not disturb the neigbours with loud music or noise.
👨‍🍳Additional chef cook service comes at 145$ a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, food not included)for 10-12 people
The Maid can also prepare basic meals at an additional price of 25$ for breakfast, 35$ for lunch and 50$ for dinner ( 10-12 people). For smaller groups we can discuss a discount. For food expenses count 20$ a person.

🚕 Taxi service from Santo Domingo is 180$ -200$ one way( depending on amount of people) from Saman Azs 80$ one way
Otros aspectos a destacar
The electricity is not included and needs to be paid separately. A deposit of 1500RDS a night is mandatory upon arrival. We will take a picture of the meter upon check in and out. Any unconsummated electricity you get back in cash if you consume more you need to pay extra. Price is 20peso a khw . Average consumption with only nights use is 5$ per airco per night
