THE SPACE
Pictures simply don’t do justice to this absolutely stunning villa. Sitting on over 26,000 square feet, the property is located in the most prestigious and lavish community in all of the Dominican Republic. Filled with bars, a wine cellar, a large pool and luscious gardens, escape the hustle and bustle of the city life and enjoy a little bit of paradise.
This villa has an impressive 6 bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 16 guests with plenty of room to spare. With 2 master bedrooms upstairs and 4 bedrooms downstairs, there’s no shortage of jaw dropping amenities; including air conditioning, flat screen TV’s, refrigerated drawers (stocked with soft drinks upon request), hair dryers, internet access and telephones, concierge service, and a full staff to make sure you barely lift a finger!
Your trip includes: daily housekeeping, chef services (cost of food excluded), twenty-four hour security, welcome drinks and canapés.
OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA, POOL & WHIRLPOOL TUB:
The outdoor area is extremely vast, beautiful, and professionally landscaped. We encourage our guests to take a stroll through the garden to experience the tropical plants and foliage of the Dominican Republic. Stepping out of the main villa, soak in the beautiful Dominican sun while swimming in your private pool or sunbathing in one of the many lounge chairs. Don’t be afraid to dive in, the deep end is 10 feet!
Attached to the pool is your private whirlpool tub, which can comfortably seat 10 people and has a view of the golf course. If you’re looking to escape the sun for a bit, head in to the beautiful designed glass and mahogany gazebo area, which is air conditioned and equipped with a dining table for six.
After dinner, either have a glass of wine at the outdoor seating area or head up to the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN:
High ceilings, an open concept and extremely spacious, the living spaces of the villa are truly magnificent.
The main living area flows from the front of the house all the way to the back. Lined with windows for lots of sunlight and containing 4 distinct seating areas and 3 dining room tables on 2 floors, there’s no shortage of places to sit and relax! The fully air conditioned main dining room is marked by a beautiful wood sculptured table that seats an astonishing 20 people. Listen to crystal clear music over the full-villa surround sound system and enjoy a bottle of wine from the wide selection in your personal wine cellar (wine menus upon request). If you prefer a taste of the local flavors, the bar in the villa is fully loaded with spirit drinks.
Looking to escape the sun and enjoy a little TV? The media room has seating for 7 on very comfortable couches and loveseats, and contains a massive 80” Plasma Home Theater Television. Bring your own DVD’s, or watch one of the 20 movies that we have available for you.
Fully equipped with all you need to cook up a storm, the kitchen is a chef’s stainless steel heaven. Custom designed and filled with a commercial refrigerator and freezer, chef’s station, ice machine, and a gas & charcoal grill.
BEDROOMS MASTER SUITE
Impressively sized with tons of natural sunlight and beautifully decorated, step out on the private balcony of your master suite to soak in the view of the golf course, or take a seat on one of the many sofa in the private living area to watch a little TV before bed. If you’re looking to quench your thirst, grab a drink from the in-suite refrigerator! Attached to the master suite is a separate, private dressing room and the en-suite bathroom. With a modern white and wood design and a lavish bathtub in centered in the middle, the master bathroom is nothing short of a spectacular. It comes fully equipped with a bidet, dual sinks, a large mirror, and everything else you would ever need!
SECOND MASTER SUITE
Almost as large as the master suite, the second master bedroom is located on the second floor of the villa. Boasting amazing views, a king size bed, a living space with sofa, refrigerator and massive windows, this suite is every bit as luxurious as the master!
