With more than 20 years of experience in management and rental of properties in Sosua and Cabarete, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. We also offer vacation rentals in Punta Cana, Casa de Campo and Las Terrenas. Now we have a new destination in Mexico, Tulum.

What we do
Property Management
Efficient management of residential and rental properties. Management services includes visiting your property once per week, paying all bills and dues, overseeing maintenance, organize maid and gardening services.
Repairs and maintenance
Qualified maintenance department for repairs and general maintenance of the property making sure any inconveniences are resolved in a timely manner.
Vacation Rentals
We invest in advertising and marketing your property on different platforms. This also involves determining rates, marketing and filling vacancies, handling tenant relations for either short or long-term rentals depending on our client's preferences.

It has great internet, which came in handy for some last minute work to be done before true relaxation took place. Within walking distance to the beach and the town with a restaurant, Vagamundo’s, that is very delicious. We certainly will be back again for a longer stay. The host were so good to help with everything we needed.
